Region 10 Make a Mark is a local nonprofit made up of community members who believe that a little time, a few good ideas, and a willingness to help can make a BIG difference for our students, teachers, staff, and families.
As a volunteer, you will:
⭐ Help choose grants for teachers and students
❤️ Support families through our “In the Spirit of Sue” Fund
🎉 Help create community events and fundraisers
💡 Bring your own ideas, talents, and connections to the table
And the best part? It’s a small commitment with a BIG impact.
Most of our meetings are just one hour a month at the Burlington Library.
Stop by our Make a Mark booth at Tavern Day on September 20 to meet some of our volunteers, ask questions, and find out how you can get involved.

The 2026 Johnnycake Mini Fest!
It may have been mini, but the day was filled with maximum fun!
The 2026 Johnnycake Mini Fest brought together over 500 people for mini golf, live music by Cajun Ray & the Steamers, food trucks, beverages by Hogan’s Cider Mill, raffles, and community spirit — all in support of Region 10 teachers, staff, and students.
With your help, we raised nearly $7,000 for grants & funds to directly support our schools! Stay tuned for more ways to support Make a Mark in the future!
